Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to place an order, book an appointment, or transact with us. Purchases requiring KYC verification (such as high-value transactions or gold exchange) are subject to additional identity and documentation requirements under applicable law. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Accounts & Appointments

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact and identification details you provide when booking an appointment, requesting a custom design, or placing an order.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated for order processing and delivery.
• Appointment slots are confirmed subject to availability; we may reschedule or reconfirm appointments where required.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your contact details or account in connection with our Services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Provide false identification or documentation in connection with a purchase, custom order, or gold exchange;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our website, including through malware or unauthorised access;
• Harass, abuse, or behave fraudulently towards our staff, artisans, or other customers, whether in-showroom or online;
• Reproduce, resell, or misuse our product images, designs, or catalogue content without our written consent;
• Use the Services to infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, product photography, and original jewellery designs made available through the Services are the property of GN Jewellers or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such materials, except a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use the website for its intended purpose of browsing and purchasing.

Pricing, Payments & Orders

Product prices are based on prevailing gold, diamond, or silver rates on the date of purchase, plus applicable making charges and GST, all of which are disclosed to you before payment. Prices displayed online are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of order, as metal rates fluctuate daily. Custom orders may require an advance payment, which will be adjusted against the final invoice. Colours, finish, and stone placement of a piece may vary slightly from images shown online or in-store due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery and differences in display screens.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchange

Custom and made-to-order pieces, once confirmed and put into production, generally cannot be cancelled. Standard collection purchases may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with the original bill and certificate, provided the piece is unused and in its original condition, in accordance with our exchange policy communicated at the time of sale. We reserve the right to decline an order or appointment where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, incorrect KYC information, or misuse of the Services.

Disclaimers

The Services, including our website and online catalogue, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that product availability, pricing, or appointment slots shown online are error-free or updated in real time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GN Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our liability for any product sold shall not exceed the invoice value of that product.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GN Jewellers, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, false documentation provided by you, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
